first_imgBig Mountain Productions in Newry are currently producing a new series called ‘The Lost Village’ to be broadcast on RTÉ during ‘Seachtain na Gaeilge’ March 2013, which will be based on the story of evictions in County Donegal.They will be taking two families back to live in a traditional long-house for a weekend to explore the living conditions in Ireland during the 19th century and in particular during The Land War.The series itself is focusing on the evictions and they have a family from America coming back to Ireland as part of the series. This is a bi-lingual production and we would like to find an Irish speaking family with to take part also.
