Full Show Footage From Spafford’s Baker’s Dozen Late Night [Pro-Shot]

first_imgSpafford recently took to New York City for a late-night performance at B.B. King Blues Club and Grill. The sold-out show served as an after-party for the penultimate night of Phish’s Baker’s Dozen residency at Madison Square Garden and kept the party going until early in the morning following “Boston Cream” night. The room was packed to the brim with people, and Spafford wasted no time, kicking things off with an energized opening combo of “All My Friends” and “Todd’s Tots” by way of “Bee Jam.”During their one-set performance, the group tore through an expansive setlist, with one of the crown jewels of the night coming early toward the start of their set with their eighteen-minute rendition of “Leave The Light On” following “Ain’t That Wrong.” From there, the group moved into the cascading “Salamander Song” ahead of particularly slinky rendition of “Backdoor Funk.” As Spafford moved into the second half of their show, the group threw out a “People” sandwich housing “Legend” before performing “Mind’s Unchained,” a relatively new song that was debuted back in March during a home state show in Arizona at Tempe’s Marquee Theater. To close out their packed Phish late-night, Spafford fired on all cylinders, with a non-stop sequence starting with “Weasel.” From there, the group transitioned through a triumphant “Palisades” and grinding “Red’s Jam” before making their way back into “Weasel.” They ended their set with a gorgeous rendition of “Beautiful Day” with a reference to the Bakers Dozen Phish run.To close out their show in full, Spafford started things off with a propulsive “America” with a particularly shred-heavy build toward its close featuring a “The Reprise” fake-out before the upbeat “Galisteo Way.” For their final number of the night, Spafford quickly locked into the slinky groove of “The Reprise” and finished the song out in full. You can check out the full show available now special, courtesy of Matt Vallo and MK Devo.Setlist: Spafford | B.B. ‘Let flower vendors sell on sidewalks during Undas’

first_img Executive Assistant Ernesto Pineda, who heads the task force, said flower vendors have been selling their wares across the city for several years, including areas at the public plaza, along the Burgos Street and in front of the city’s public cemetery. Earlier, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) issued a memorandum for all public roads to be free from obstructions. Pineda said it will depend on the SP if they need to inquire with DILG in relation to the proposal. BACOLOD City – The Market Coordinating and Monitoring Task Force is asking the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) to pass a resolution allowing flower vendors to sell along public roads during the observance of All Souls’ Day and All Saints’ Day this year. Part of the request would require road closures along Burgos Street in front of the said cemetery./PNlast_img read more
