first_imgArlene (centre) with her goldLETTERKENNY schoolgirl Arlene Crossan staged a stunning comeback to win gold in the National U-15 Pentathlon in Tullamore.Arlene had trailed her nearest rival Shannon Sheehy (Cushinstown AC) going into the final event – the 8oom – by seven points.But she won the race by a big enough margin to take gold, and finish 45 points ahead.
